Delivery and Packaging

Firstly we do recognize that many of our products are fragile and as such we take great care to ensure that your order will be well packaged to ensure its safe arrival. We also believe that we have a responsibility to our environment and as such we re-use boxes and packaging materials where ever possible.

With respect to the speed of delivery, we offer a 3-4 day service delivered by the Royal Mail. At an extra cost we can offer next day delivery (weekdays only) Please contact us for more details.

Please ensure you supply a valid email address during the check out process so we can quote for postage and packing before we finalize and dispatch your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Damaged goods

Should your goods arrive damaged YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS. Return the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered at no extra cost

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days for a prompt exchange or a full refund. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with the original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or if you prefer, exchange the product at no extra cost.

Please keep your proof of posting certificate as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost in the post.

Gift wrapping

We offer a FREE GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE ON ALL ORDERS. IF YOU WOULD PREFER US TO DELIVER YOUR GIFT DIRECT TO THE RECIPIENT SIMPLY COMPLETE THEIR ADDRESS DETAILS ON THE CHECKOUT FORM AND WE WILL SEND YOUR ORDER TO THEM AND THE RECEIPT TO YOU.

Pleases remember that our online shop is fully secure to ensure that you can shop with complete confidence

  1. We will not charge you a penny until we have dispatched your order.
  2. To ensure maximum security all payments details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. If you are still unsure we can take your order by fax, mail or phone.
  3. We will store details of you and your order on our systems so we can efficiently process your order. We may use these details later to send you details of our products and offers. If you would prefer not to receive offers from Daisy Taylor’s then please let us know. We will NEVER pass your details onto third parties.

Terms and Conditions

We accept for payment – Bank Cheques/ Credit card payments/ Visa, Mastercard, and for U.K. customers we also accept Maestro and Delta and Debit cards.

All items are subject to availability and all website details including prices, are subject to change and notification of any relevant changes will be given to the buyer following receipt of order. The buyer will subsequently be offered the opportunity to cancel or amend the order. VAT is included at the current rate of 20%.

All dimensions (in CM) are approximate.

Payments must be tendered with the order and orders will only be accepted on receipt of cleared funds. Daisy Taylor’s Ltd reserve the right to refuse an order.

Daisy Taylor’s Ltd will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as received by the buyer. The entire liability of Daisy Taylor’s Ltd under contract to which the order relates is limited to the value of the order and Daisy Taylor’s Ltd will have no liability for consequential loss’ except where losses were within the contemplation of both parties.

Claims in respect of defective products must be notified within 6 months and no refunds will be given for later notifications.

These limits and exclusions do not apply to liability for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of daisy Taylor’s Ltd
